How to start trading

Six steps from sign-up to active strategy. Read every line — the tool is in active development.

1. Telegram account

You need an active Telegram account. Login on this site happens only through Telegram — no email, no password.

2. Login on ToucanTrade

Click "Login with Telegram" in the top right. Telegram will open and ask you to authorise. Approve. You will be redirected to your dashboard.

3. Hyperliquid account + funds

Open app.hyperliquid.xyz, create an account and deposit USDC into the perpetuals account.

Recommended balance

Minimum: 200 USDC. Comfortable: 500–1000 USDC. Smaller balances may experience inefficient execution, increased fee impact and limited grid distribution.

Leverage

Default 2× leverage, configurable from 1× to 3× in your Dashboard. The strategy is structure-based, not high-frequency scalping — higher leverage is rejected.

How many markets at once

Balance < 500 USDC → max 1 active market. Balance < 1000 USDC → max 2. With more capital you can enable BTC, ETH, SOL, HYPE, DOGE in parallel.

4. Create an API wallet (trading-only)

Hyperliquid: Settings → API → Generate New API Wallet. The most important rule: do NOT grant withdrawal permissions, only trading. Copy the private key once — Hyperliquid will not show it again. Paste it into ToucanTrade Dashboard → Connect API.

5. Connect API and configure risk

Open your Profile, paste the trading-only API key, set the leverage, max position size, max open positions and max daily loss. From this point you are in observation mode — you can already follow signals and the journal on your own data, but no real orders are placed until you activate auto-trading.

6. Activate subscription to start execution

Subscription is 10 USDT per month. From your Profile choose a network, send USDT, paste the TX hash and submit for verification. Once confirmed, flip the Auto-trading switch and the strategy starts placing limit post-only orders on your account.

SLA: Most subscriptions are activated within minutes. Maximum processing time: up to 24 hours.

Risk & Transparency

ToucanTrade is an execution platform built around predefined trading levels and structured strategy management. Crypto markets are volatile, and all trading involves risk — profit is not guaranteed.

Transparent statistics

All strategy trades, wins, losses and missed entries are publicly visible.

Your funds stay yours

ToucanTrade never requests withdrawal permissions. All assets remain on your personal Hyperliquid account. API access can be revoked at any time.

Risk-controlled execution

The engine uses limit post-only orders, dump protection, stale-price guards, reserve and a kill switch.

Trade only with capital you are comfortable managing in volatile market conditions.

Subscription: 10 USDT / month. Networks: USDT TRC20, USDT Solana, USDT ERC20 / Arbitrum. No lifetime plans, no commissions on profit.

All support runs through the Telegram bot @toucantrade_bot. Open it, send your message — admin replies inside the same bot.
